The item met all expectations and exceeded some. A great value for the low price.
Low cost lugage comes at a price
The moral of the story is that you get what you pay for. It's hard to fault the bag considering the price but if you need a garment bag regular basis I would direct you towards a different item.
The piece of metal hardware that attaches the shoulder strap to the bag failed after about 30 minutes of use. The bag might also be a little on the small side for taller men. I'm 6 foot one inches tall and my clothes were too long for the bag resulting in the shirt waist bunching up at the bottom. The zippers used in it's construction also seem flimsy.

I cant believe how sturdy and roomy this garment bag is! I was able to leave a another suitcase home because this bag held so much!Im ordering a second one!
