Great deal but "The devil is in the details"
The Baltic 21" Carry-On is a nice format, easy to place in overhead bins. The handle extends easily and it rolls smoothly. Zippers and fabric are heavy and the construction is good.
The downside is that some of the other components are unsatisfactory. The two small plastic feet on the bottom popped off the first time the Carry-On was used and a thin plastic liner - used to help retain the "form" of the Carry-On - is extremely brittle and shatters easily. Every time the Carry-On is opened there is a shower of black plastic "snow" among the contents of the bag.
At the time of this writing the price for the Baltic Carry-On was $39.95 on Amazon.com (list price was stated to be $190.00). The bag is a great deal at $39.95 but I would be happy to pay a few dollars more for higher quality components.
Still, I guardedly recommend the Baltic Carry-On.
