Customer Response
Durable, functional, easy to handle and pretty!
I travel frequently on short distance trips, but also on occasion long distance. I was looking for a bag that would fit both needs. This bag easily fits as a carry-on when collapsed - and has enough room for a woman with a lot of shoes to travel for several days. When expanded it feels like you get twice as much room (though I haven't measured) and can be checked. I have two issues with the bag: when packed full without expanding, so much can be packed it can be a bit heavy to lift in to the carry-on space. Also, I have the "sunset" color which is beautiful and unique (easy to spot on the baggage line) but after 2 years is showing black marks.
The man I bought the luggage from (Michael Bruno Co) in San Francisco told me this company has a great history of customer service. While I haven't had to test it yet, I was told if the bag rips from mishandling I can return for an exchange.
