Why 3" is better than the 2", 4" and 5" model.
The 3 inch case is the best selling of the Zero Halliburton attaches because the 2 inch case is so thin that it seems feminine for majority of men that use them. Ask yourself, how often do you see business women with formed attache cases and of those, how often are they aluminum finished ?
The 4" case is spacious but so thick it looks more like a suitcase.
The 5" case is definitely a suit case and the hardest to fit under some the seat in front of you when flying most domestic US airlines.
Zero Halliburton are the cases used by NASA to transport moon rocks, contraband dealers use them for the same durability but for the style.

At 6 lbs empty, it is average weight and less heavy than other attaches made of leather finishes with cardboard or plywood frames.
Unlike leather cases, this case can't be overstuffed and stretched. If you overstuff a Zero and manage to close it, you've stressed the latch and you're crushing your contents.
The anondized finishes aren't invincible, they can still become scratched, and dented -albeit requiring more than average force.
